The practice uses an appointment system. Appointments can be requested by telephone or at reception. The doctors work as a team so you can see any doctor of your choosing. We offer both pre-booked and "on the day" appointments. We manage a staged release of appointments through the day: so you dont have to rely on ringing first thing in the morning to make an appointment.

If you wish to see a particular doctor please tell the receptionist.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as this releases the appointment for someone else.
If you repeatedly waste appointments the practice may, after a warning, remove you and any dependents from the list.

It is quick and easy to register. You will need to come into the surgery for an application form and then you will be given the relevant details to enable you to set up an account and use the system - see our user guide for further information

Once registered you will be able to view any appointments you have already made, cancel them if necessary, or book a new appointment with the doctor.

When you book an appointment online you will receive confirmation which you can print off and bring with you when you attend the surgery. There is no need to reconfirm

Home Visits

Home visits are for people whose illness prevents them from leaving their home. If a home visit is needed please telephone the surgery before 11.00 am. Please try to give some guidance about the reason for the visit as this helps the doctor to assess priority. Please try to attend the surgery as you will be seen sooner and facilities for examination and treatment are better.
