From 1 April 2008 staff can no longer accept verbal requests for prescriptions. They must be made in writing, either by post, request form, e-mail or on-line.

We now offer late appointments (up to 8.00 pm) on Tuesdays. You can book these via EMIS Access or at reception.

Whooping cough cases increase

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be posted to the surgery, handed into reception,or ordered online. All requests must be made in writing or online.

Prescriptions will be ready to collect after 4pm the next working day or posted if a SSAE (Stamped Self Addressed Envelope) is provided.

Any prescriptions requested after 6pm on Friday will not be seen by staff until Monday morning, therefore will not be ready for collection until after 4pm Tuesday.
